Originally joining the company as our marketing assistant in 2017, Laura came in with fresh eyes and prior experience working in restaurants and saw some improvements that needed to made in the company. With systems and solutions in tow, she ties together the traditional values of the company with modern business tactics. Laura now handles a slew of responsibilities from bookkeeping, to payroll administration, cost disparities, wholesale orders, marketing, rebranding, and company policy. Her curiosity, attention to detail, tech savvy, and willingness to learn has given Miranda Bread a modern spin. She strives to help grow the company and introduce Brazilian culture to our American neighbors.
